What it is: Magisto is an amazing service that takes your unedited video and turns it into a beautifully edited and produced clip perfect for sharing. And it does it all in a click.
This is a pretty darn good website. It does a good job of editing the video clips. It was very easy to use. The video comes out very nicely. I added some clips with bad lighting and poor resolution to my example footage to see what it would do. The program sorts out the poor-quality footage very well. It is a very good program overall.

A great Youtube tutorial for the beginning user. You don't have to go to it through youtube. You can just type Magisto.com in the address bar. It's exactly the same. I recommend muting this video, since the dramatic music can get pretty annoying.
Here's the video of my cats I made as an example. I think that considering I didn't upload great material for the program to work with from the start, the finished video turned out pretty well. The music was uploaded from my own computer. No, I don't know what I was saying in the clip with the voiceover, either.
Now I know what I said! I went back and listened to the original clip. Here it is, in case you're interested. I had to put it on youtube, then embed it because the file was too big to put it straight into the webpage. PLEASE keep two things in mind while watching this.
A. I was talking to the cats, who can't actually understand me, so I really didn't care how goofy it sounded at the time
and B. I was like 8 when I made this and not nearly as concerned about recording myself sounding really stupid.
If you still didn't catch it, I told Bailey, "You're not camera shy like Storm is, are ya?" In case you didn't notice, in the only clip where Storm is fully awake, she's running away. After the flash went off in her face a couple times, Storm decided that she wasn't going to stick around when the camera came out. Bailey, dumb little animal that she is, has no self-preservation instincts whatsoever. Consequentially, most of my videos are of her.
